All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided and may be subject to change upon inspection of the actual work required. Final pricing will be confirmed before work commences. Late payments may incur additional fees of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75. We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Labor warranties typically extend for 90 days from service completion, while parts and materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications made by others. Any warranty claims must be reported promptly in writing.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by your failure to follow maintenance recommendations. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services rendered.
You are responsible for maintaining your plumbing system between service visits, following our maintenance recommendations, and promptly reporting any issues. You must ensure that all information provided to us is accurate and complete. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding plumbing systems in your jurisdiction.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against our Company.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
